IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ!

 

  • Registration is complete ONLY after the ONLINE FORM and PAYMENT via PayPal (credit/debit) is received. 
     

  • Print and fill out the SERVICE AGREEMENT, please bring with you the day of training (located at the bottom of this page).
     

  • Your requested time is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate you. 
     

  • An email confirmation will be sent to you to confirm your appointment time (please use your BEST email to contact you), if there is a conflict with your given time please contact us, we will do our best to work it out.
     

  • All entries are processed ONCE per week,  in the order in which they are received. This means you will NOT get an immediate response once submitted.  
     

  • If a time has limited number of spots available, we cannot guarantee you will get the spot - since all complete entries are processed in the order in which received.
     

  • The week of training, entries are processed daily.
