Training is now full on both Saturday and Sunday.

Registration is complete ONLY after the ONLINE FORM and PAYMENT via PayPal (credit/debit) is received.
You will get an informational email (not your official confirmation) when you submit the form below.
All entries are processed ONCE per week, in the order in which they are received. This means you will NOT get an immediate date and time assigned to you.
Dogs will be added to the schedule based on a first-come, first-serve basis.
An official email confirmation will be sent to you to confirm your appointment time and will include directions (please use your BEST email on the form below to contact you), if there is a conflict with your given time please contact us, we will do our best to work it out.
Print and fill out the SERVICE AGREEMENT, please bring with you the day of training (located at the bottom of this page). Do not email it to me, we cannot take digital copies.
During the week of training, entries are processed daily.
Refund Policy - Cancellation 48 hours or more prior to training weekend = full refund. Cancellation less than 48 hours to the training weekend will be refunded IF I can fill your spot. No show to training = no refund.
