IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ!
Registration is complete ONLY after the ONLINE FORM and PAYMENT via PayPal (credit/debit) is received.
Print and fill out the SERVICE AGREEMENT, please bring with you the day of training (located at the bottom of this page).
Your requested time is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate you.
An email confirmation will be sent to you to confirm your appointment time (please use your BEST email to contact you), if there is a conflict with your given time please contact us, we will do our best to work it out.
All entries are processed ONCE per week, in the order in which they are received. This means you will NOT get an immediate response once submitted.
If a time has limited number of spots available, we cannot guarantee you will get the spot - since all complete entries are processed in the order in which received.
The week of training, entries are processed daily.
