Questionairre - New Clients, please fill out our online Questionairre to help expedite your booking process, once we have your pet/household information you do not have to do this again.
Waiver - must be signed and dated for every booking that you make with PPDT, no exceptions.
Payment - 50% of payment is due at your departure, the remaining payment may be made upon your return. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due at booking, for over 4 days. Payment accepted: cash, check and PayPal (subject to additional PayPal fee's).
Cancellation Policy - two week notice manditory, under two weeks liable for 1/3 cost of total stay, deposit applied to this charge.
